Q: Where do you ship from?

Work closely with top global merchants from around the world to source and curate the most unique products on the market for you at the best prices. We travel the world to meet with trusted suppliers to put together a range of interesting and popular products, so you don't have to drive to a retail store and search thousands of different websites to compare prices and get ideas... Think of us as Your one-stop shop destination for your most popular products. Because of this, your order can be shipped from China, Tibet, India, Vietnam, and anywhere through our partnership with USPS.

Q: How long does it take for buyers to receive their orders?

All of our products are made on demand, meaning your product will go into production shortly after your order is processed. Customers can expect to receive products 7-10 business days after payment is received and order processed.

We will email you your tracking number after we receive it.
Your order is 100% insured for protection.
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties or duties that may be imposed by your country's customs.
Q: What about orders and tracking?

After purchasing, you will receive an order confirmation email which will confirm your order number and other purchase information. You have until midnight on the day you place your order to cancel your order or update your delivery details. Your order will be processed after 6 hours for stocking, packaging and shipping, which usually takes 2 - 5 business days.

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping update email containing your tracking number. Click on the link to track your package. Tracking information may not be accessible for the first few days after you receive your shipping update email. The time between package scans can be several days. We can tell you that this is typical and will not affect your planned delivery.

Q: What should I do if I am not satisfied with the item I received?

If you are not satisfied with the item delivered for any reason. Please contact us via email address: customer@accomoplish.com Don't forget to clearly mention what you don't like and take some photos of the QR code as well as the item you received. We are always willing to take responsibility if mistakes are made by us.

Q: Will VAT be levied?

We do not charge any taxes for international shipping. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
VAT charges may vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs official for more information.
Q: My order doesn't go through. what should I do?

If you have problems placing your order, please contact your bank or credit card provider. You can also use different payment methods.

Q: I ordered 2+ items but only received one...where is my order?

Because we print on demand and have a wide variety of products that we do not stock in-house, when you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item first and then the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items right away… they’re on their way.
Q: How do I track my package?

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

After purchasing, you have 6 hours to cancel your order and get a refund the same day. If you try to cancel your order after receiving the shipping confirmation email, we will not be able to refund you as the item has already been packaged and shipped to you.

Q: What is the return policy?

If your product is damaged or defective, please send us an email with the subject "Returns: Damaged or defective item # in your order" and include a photo so we can promptly consider sending you a new product.
 
Return policy only applies to damaged items or products with any manufacturing issues. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered under normal circumstances.
 
We do not refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
